Resolved that
 
(a)      
the infrastructure projects recommended for inclusion on the
Strategic Priority Programme List for 2023/24 be agreed;
 
(b)      
the Weybridge Health Campus project not be added to the Strategic
Priority Programme List;
 
(c)        funding be
agreed for the Air Quality Action Plan Implementation Project
(£8,000); the Elmbridge Museum Collection Storage Project,
Elm Grove (£102,000); and the Green Fleet Strategy 2023/24
Project (£160,000);
 
(d)      
£15,000 be allocated from the Infrastructure Feasibility Fund
for the Walton Town Centre Greening Project; and
 
(e)       a
Public Realm and Active Travel spending pot be established and
administered by the Council Management Board, in consultation with
the Leader; the Portfolio Holder for Planning, Enterprise &
Local Economy; and relevant Ward Councillors, upon satisfactory
details and confirmations.
