Decision

RESOLVED that

1. consent be given to Tandridge District Council to renew its contract with MHR (iTrent) for three years from 1 October 2026; and
2. in accordance with 1. above, authority be delegated to the Head of Corporate Services at Tandridge District Council to take all actions and make all decisions in order to give effect to this.
