Decision

Resolved that

(a)      the award of new contracts and extension of existing contracts for the periods detailed in the report be approved and authority be delegated to the Deputy Chief Executive to enter into contracts / contract extensions with the suppliers; and

(b)      the contracts to be submitted to the East Surrey Shadow Executive for Section 24 approval, be approved.
