Decision

RESOLVED that consent be granted, under Section 24 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, to Mole Valley District Council to:

1. dispose of 23 High Street, Leatherhead;
2. negotiate any variances up to 20% on the disposal contract value; and
3. finalise all contractual details and enter into all contracts in relation to the disposal, as required under its constitution.
