Decision

RESOLVED that

1. Woodhatch Place, 11 Cockshot Hill, Reigate RH2 8EF be approved as the preferred Day 1 Headquarters for the new East Surrey Council;
2. the progression of the preferred option into detailed implementation and mobilisation planning to support operational readiness for Vesting Day, be approved; and
3. authority be delegated to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder, Chief Finance Officer and Monitoring Officer, to approve any minor operational amendments necessary to implement the approved Day 1 accommodation arrangements, provided these do not materially alter the approved recommendation.
