Decision

RESOLVED that

1. in principle, the Shadow Authority enter into a Section 16 Agreement under the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, and that this be informed by the principles set out in the Implementation Plan and the outcome of the joint member group discussions; and
2. the approach and timeline for development of the Section 16 Agreement and Inter-Authority Agreement(s) between East Surrey Council and West Surrey Council be agreed.
