Decision

RESOLVED that

1. the Procurement Forward Plan to 31 March 2027, as set out in Appendices 1-4 of the report, be noted;
2. as no specific projects that require further scrutiny were identified during the meeting, it be noted these would be identified in accordance with 3. below;
3. it be noted that the Leader, in consultation with the Executive Member for Finance and Resources, whilst also having regard to the views of all Members of the Executive, and the Interim Chief Finance Officer, will agree the final list of remaining contracts, as set out in Appendices 1-4 of the report that can commence procurement processes and those which require further scrutiny;
4. in accordance with 3. above, the contract award under Section 24, approved by appropriate Officers in existing Councils in line with their  existing governance arrangements of that Council and in consultation with the East Surrey Council Executive Member for Finance and Resources, be agreed.
