Decision

RESOLVED that

1. the continued progress against critical milestones be noted;
2. the movement of the programme assurance position (RAG rating) and the Children’s Theme RAG rating to red due to the impact of the Surrey Local Area Partnership SEND Inspection be noted;
3. the current programme risk profile and highest scoring risks be noted; and
4. the latest Implementation Fund position be noted.
