Resolved that
 
(a)      
the performance of the Council’s Commercial Property
Portfolio against the financial pressures experienced over the
previous year, be noted;
 
(b)      
the potential further impact on income generated due to the
macro-economic pressures on the economy, including high interest
rates, high inflation and changes in occupational behaviours, be
noted; and
 
(c)        officers
continue to focus on increasing income generating opportunities
from the operational portfolio.
