Resolved that
 
(a)      
the draft Statement of Community Involvement be published for
public consultation for 4-weeks;
 
(b)      
the final document be approved for adoption by the Individual
Cabinet Member Decision Making – Planning; and
 
(c)        the following
measures in relation to the publication of planning application
comments be agreed:
 
(i)           
automatically redact key words through the purchase
of software as part of the Assure upgrade;
(ii)         
option for persons submitting online comment to
request comments are not published; and
(iii)        
remove comments from website once application has
been determined and period for submitting appeal has
closed.
