Cabinet agreement required on community
engagement in Lower Green, which is planned from 9 September to 7
October 2024.

Content

Resolved that
 
(a)      
the public engagement timetable for the Lower Green Placemaking
Project be agreed;
 
(b)      
authority be delegated to the Head of Planning and Environmental
Health, in liaison with the Portfolio Holder for Planning and the
Lower Green Project Member Reference Group, to draft and publish
the engagement materials; and
 
(c)        £35,000
be allocated from the Transformation Fund for the initial survey
work.
