Resolved that authority be
delegated to the Head of Planning and Environmental Health, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Planning, to agree the
final responses to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF)
and other changes to the planning system (July 2024) consultation
questions, as set out at Appendix 1 to the report, and once
finalised, this be submitted to the Government as Elmbridge Borough
Council’s formal response.
