Cabinet Member for Transport and Waste Cllr Rick Jewell approved recommendations on 31/10/2025. The decision approved amendments to the Street Lighting PFI Project Agreement to allow the installation of additional apparatus such as EV charging points and small cell telecoms units. This includes revising Schedule 16, making amendments to various other schedules and clauses, and including additional items in the schedule of small works rates.
