Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to show how the
Council will work with residents, staff and partners to make
Enfield a fairer place for everyone. It explains our commitment to
promoting equality, celebrating diversity and making sure everyone
feels included. The policy also highlights six key objectives,
which are focus areas where we are taking action to reduce
inequality in the borough.

Decision

DECISION: The Cabinet agreed to
recommend the draft Fairer Enfield Policy to Full Council for
approval.
