The Cabinet approved recommendations for the Get Britain Working Trailblazer programme on 29/07/2026. The programme aims to support economically inactive residents into employment or self-employment with a grant of £540,960.00.

The Director of Health and Adult Social Care approved the extension and modification of the Joint Advocacy Services contract from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028 on 11 May 2026. They also agreed to engage with the market to explore future advocacy provision options.

The Executive Director of Environment and Communities approved the extension of the Passenger Transport Service Dynamic Purchasing System contract to 23 February 2029 on 11 May 2026. This extension allows time to review and implement procurement options for future transport services.

The Cabinet Member for Children's Services approved the high-level 3-year expenditure plan for the Enfield Families First Partnership Programme on 3 July 2026. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director of People to agree detailed operational spend in line with grant terms.

The Chief Executive approved the direct award of a contract for CCTV enforcement camera maintenance, connectivity, and hosting services to Intelliscape Limited for £593,703.95 on 10/07/26. This contract covers the period from 1st May 2026 to 30th April 2027.

The Executive Director Housing and Regeneration approved the purchase of Council Housing electricity supplies from nPower via LASER's "Purchase in Advance" model on 10 July 2026. This variation to the corporate electricity contract will run from 1st October 2026 to 30th September 2028.
