Purpose

This relates to the acceptance of grant funding, and the establishment of governance arrangements for the approval and delivery of the DfE Delivery Plan, and the undertaking of the procurement and award activity for the Best Start Family Hubs and Healthy Babies Programme, which includes establishing governance arrangements for approving the applicable procurement activity. Key contracts including the Infant Parental Relationship Support Service and Perinatal Services, along with any other funded requirements to support the delivery of the programme.
