The London Borough of Enfield (the “Authority”) is seeking to procure and award a contract to appoint a single supplier for the delivery of Domestic Gas Heating servicing and maintenance.

The London Borough of Enfield (the “Authority”) is seeking to appoint a single supplier to provide servicing, responsive maintenance, and ad-hoc replacement of domestic boilers, heating systems and similar heat sources such as Electrical Heating Systems, Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), as and when required, and associated distribution systems within occupied and void (empty) properties.

The Contractor is required to undertake annual Landlord’s Gas Safety Records (LGSR) heating safety checks, servicing, and responsive repairs (including provision for 24 hour 365 days a year out of hours service) for domestic gas heating installations. The scope of the work may also include the installation of domestic heating appliances and their associated systems on an ad-hoc basis as instructed by the Contract Administrator.
