The Executive Director of Housing & Regeneration approved recommendations on 10 July 2026. The decision was to add council housing electricity supplies to the corporate "Purchase in Advance" contract with nPower from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028. This includes approving the appointment of nPower as the supplier and the procurement of REGO certified electricity unless the premium exceeds 5%.
