The Deputy Leader of the Council approved recommendations on 11 September 2026. The decision maker approved the terms for a settlement agreement with Meridian Water Film Studios Limited. Authority was delegated to the Executive Director of Housing and Regeneration to finalise the agreement and dispose of Stages 2 and 3.
