The Cabinet Member for Housing and Technology approved the Council Housing Workforce Competence, Learning and Performance Policy and the Housing Services Code of Conduct. These policies will be implemented across Council Housing services to ensure compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing's Competence and Conduct Standard. The Service Director for Council Housing is delegated authority to make minor amendments to reflect future changes.
