The Cabinet Member for Housing approved a Deed of Variation to a JCT Design and Build Contract on 21 April 2026. This variation omits Block A1 from the contract, reducing the number of homes from 135 to 121 and reducing the contract sum. An application to vary the planning consent will be made, and revised sectional completion dates have been approved.
