Director of Development - Property approved the award of two contracts to SMI Group UK on 11 June 2026. The council will enter into contracts for cleaning and janitorial supplies under the ESPO 777 framework for up to £800,000 and for PPE under the ESPO 144 framework for up to £800,000, each for a four-year term. Contract management for cleaning and janitorial elements will remain with FM, and PPE with Fleet Services.
