Cabinet Member for Children's Services approved the acceptance of the Experts at Hand grant funding of £2.869m for 2026/27 and future years on 2 July 2026. The decision also delegated authority to the Executive Director of People to implement organisational delivery arrangements for the programme. This includes establishing governance arrangements for the approval and delivery of the funding as identified in the SEND local area reform plan.
