Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care decided to approve the procurement and award of residential and nursing care services at Autumn Gardens Care Home on 12/10/2026.

Cabinet approved the reallocation of £7.3m from corporate underspends to support departments with increased demand and agreed to reduce the in-year capital pipeline budget by £3m in September 2026. They also accepted an allocation of £22.537m from the Local Authority Housing Fund to support the delivery of 106 homes.

Cabinet Member for Housing and Technology, Councillor Lee Chamberlain, approved the Council Housing Workforce Competence, Learning and Performance Policy and the Housing Services Code of Conduct on 12 October 2026. The Leader of the Council approved the appointment of Steve Hutchins as Managing Director of Lee Valley Heat Network Operating Company Limited (Energetik) on 24 August 2026.
