Purpose

Decision

DECISION: The Cabinet agreed to:

      I.         Proceed with statutory consultation in respect of the proposed parking tariff amendments set out in this report.

    II.         Delegate authority to the Executive Director of Environment & Communities, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Environment, to determine whether to proceed with implementation following consideration of all consultation responses.

   III.         If a decision is taken to proceed, delegate authority to the Executive Director of Environment & Communities to make and publish the necessary Traffic Orders.
