The Leader of the Council approved the movement of £200,000 from the pipeline into the main capital programme for tree removal and replacement on 11 September 2026. This decision will allow the Council to improve and increase its highway tree stock. The budget will fund tree removal, management and delivery, and tree planting and aftercare.
