About
The Cabinet, also known as the Executive, is Epping Forest District Council's main decision-making body, responsible for strategic policy-making and budget setting. It comprises 8 councillors, appointed by the Leader, who manage specific service portfolios. The Cabinet makes many of the key decisions regarding the council's operations, working within established financial and policy guidelines. Individual Cabinet Members also make routine decisions under delegated powers.
