Planning Committee

The Erewash Planning Committee is a regulatory body with decision-making powers for planning applications. It meets regularly to consider applications, some of which are decided by officers and others by the committee itself. Members of the public with an interest in an application can speak to the committee with prior notification. The committee's full responsibilities are detailed in Part 3 of the Council's Constitution.
