About
The Adult Social Care and Communities Scrutiny Committee examines the County Council's work on adult social care and community services. It reviews services for vulnerable people, adult safeguarding, public health, community development, residential and nursing care, libraries, registration services, and support for refugees, asylum seekers, and travellers.
This committee scrutinises the actions and decisions of responsible authorities concerning crime and disorder functions. Its role is to provide oversight and make recommendations, ensuring services meet the needs of residents in Gloucestershire.
