The Commons and Rights of Way Committee is responsible for managing public access to land and pathways in Gloucestershire. It considers and decides on applications to register land as a Town or Village Green, and applications to amend the official Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way. The committee also oversees the creation and review of this map and its accompanying statement, ensuring accurate records of public access are maintained.
