Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from the
Council’s Scheme of Delegation: GEN1 – To enter any
contract for works and the supply of goods and services

Having consulted with the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care
Delivery:

DECISION

To conduct a competitive procurement process in respect of a
contract for the supply of an In-house Case Recording System (IHCR)
for use across 3 service areas: Day centres, Respite centres and
reablement under Digital Social Care Records of the Health Systems
Support Framework.

The proposed contract shall continue for an initial period of 3
years and include an option to extend its term for a further period
of not more than 1 year, plus 1 further year (maximum total of
5yrs).
