It should be noted that since this decision was made the title of
the Cabinet Member for Environment and Planning has changed to
Cabinet Member for Environment, Economy and Planning.
Decision
Following the conclusion of a procurement
process in respect of a contract for the supply of highway works in
connection with the delivery of Phase 1, B4008 Standish
Multi-User Path (the “Scheme”) (farm access to
Crowcumpill Cottage access) while the contract relating to Phase 2
(Crowncumpill Cottage access to Black bridge access track) will be
the subject of a separate decision and having consulted with Cllr
David Gray, Cabinet Member for Environment, Economy and Planning in
accordance with the Cabinet Member decision on 8 October
2024:
DECISION
To award a contract for the supply of the
highway works described above to the preferred tenderer, namely
Montel Civil Engineering Ltd.
