Council’s Scheme of Delegation: GEN1 - To enter into any
contract for works and the supply of goods and services.
Having consulted with the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for
Finance and Change:
DECISION
To award without further competition a Call-Off Contract for the
supply of the Education Directorate’s Casework Management
System (Currently Capita ONE Education), under the Kent County
Council (KCS) Managed Services for Business Solutions Framework
Agreement (Y20023) to Capita Business Services Limited. The
proposed Call-Off Contract shall be for a period of two
years.
