Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from: Cabinet
decision dated 29 March 2023 under which the Cabinet Member for
Environment and Planning delegated authority to the Assistant
Director for Highways and Infrastructure (in consultation with the
Cabinet Member for Environment and Planning) to:

1. Conduct a competitive procurement process in respect of one or
more contracts for the supply of highway works in relation to the
A435 Cheltenham to Bishops Cleeve Cycle Track

?

2. Award such contracts to the preferred tenderer(s);

Following the conclusion of a competitive procurement process in
respect of a contract for the supply of highway works in connection
with the delivery of the A435 Cheltenham to Bishops Cleeve Cycle
Track (Racecourse Geotechnical Scheme) (the “Scheme”)
and having consulted with the Cabinet Member for Environment and
Planning, in accordance with the above-mentioned cabinet paper
dated 29 March 2023:

DECISION

To award a contract for the provision of such highway services and
construction phase works to the preferred tenderer, namely Montel
Civil Engineering.

Decision

Following the conclusion of a competitive
procurement process in respect of a contract for the supply of
highway works in connection with the delivery of the A435
Cheltenham to Bishops Cleeve Cycle Track (Racecourse Geotechnical
Scheme) (the “Scheme”) and having consulted with the
Cabinet Member for Environment and Planning, in accordance with the
above-mentioned cabinet paper dated 29 March 2023:
