Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from: Cabinet on
27th March 2024 declaring Poole Farm surplus to requirements and
delegating authority to the Assistant Director of Asset Management
and Property Services to dispose of the property. (First declared
surplus by Cabinet on 15th January 2021)

To record and confirm a decision by the Assistant Director of Asset
Management and Property Services to:

Dispose of Poole Farm on the open market in accordance with
GCC’s Rural Estates Strategy and Disposals Policy following
the marketing of the property by Bruton Knowles and the receipt of
offers.

Instruct Legal Services with detailed disposal terms following
recommendations from Bruton Knowles, via the Scheme of
Delegation.

Decision
