Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from: Cabinet on
27th March 2024 declaring Hooks Farm surplus to requirements and
delegating authority to the Assistant Director of Asset Management
and Property Services to dispose of the property. (First declared
surplus by Cabinet on 11th March 2020)

To record and confirm a decision by the Assistant Director of Asset
Management and Property Services to:

Dispose of Hooks Farm to GCC’s Tenant in accordance with
GCC’s Rural Estates Strategy and Disposals Policy

Instruct Legal Services with detailed disposal terms via the Scheme
of Delegation.
