Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from the Cabinet
Member for Finance and Change (05/08/2024): Extension to the SAP
replacement Enterprise Resource Planning System - go live
date

There have been changes to Cabinet since the above Cabinet Member
decision was taken on 5 August 2024. As a result, Cllr Fifield,
Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Transformation and Change has
been consulted in relation to decision now being taken

Having consulted with Cllr Fifield, Deputy Leader and Cabinet
Member for Transformation and Change in accordance with the
Individual Cabinet Member decision of 5 August 2024:

DECISION

To award, without further competition, a call-off contract for the
supply of SAP programme temporary resource support services, under
YPO Managing Consultancy and Professional Services 1141 Framework
Agreement to the sole supplier appointed to that framework, namely
Consultancy+ Ltd, with Newtrality Ltd acting as its prime
subcontractor. The proposed call-off Contract shall continue for an
initial period of 4 months, commencing on 7th October 2024 and will
include an option to extend its term for a further period of 4
months.
