Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from the
Council’s Scheme of Delegation: GEN1 - To enter into any
contract for works and the supply of goods and services

To award without further competition, a call-off contract for the
supply of Traffic Signals Professional Services under Lot 7 of CCS
RM6099 Transport Technology & Associated Services to Telent
Technology Services Limited (“Telent”) in accordance
with the direct award criteria thereunder. The proposed call-off
contract shall continue for an initial period of 6 months and
include an option to extend its term for a further period of not
more than 6 months.

Decision

To award without further competition, a
