Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from Cabinet
(12/06/2024): Community and Adult Skills Programmes 2024 -
2025

Following the conclusion of a mini-competition process under the
Gloucestershire Community and Adult Skills Framework Agreement for
the supply of adult learning, and having consulted with the Cabinet
Member for Education, Skills and Bus Transport, in accordance with
the Cabinet decision on 12 June 2024:

DECISION:

To award the following four call-off contracts to the preferred
supplier, namely Art Shape Ltd:

a call-off contract for the supply of First Steps, which supports
individuals who are new to adult education under Lot 1 of the
framework agreement described above;

a call-off contract for the supply of employability, which supports
individuals who are seeking employment under Lot 2 of the framework
agreement described above;

a call-off contract for the supply of ALDD, which supports
individuals who have disabilities or learning difficulties under
Lot 3 of the framework agreement described above;

a call-off contract for the supply of local flex, which supports
individuals with emerging needs within their communities under Lot
5 of the framework agreement described above.

To award the following three call-off contracts to the preferred
supplier, namely Cinderford Artspace

a call-off contract for the supply of First Steps, which supports
individuals who are new to adult education] under Lot 1 of the
framework agreement described above;

a call-off contract for the supply of ALDD, which supports
individuals who have disabilities or learning difficulties under
Lot 3 of the framework agreement described above;

above shall continue for a period of 12 months starting on 27th
August 2024.
