Purpose

Pursuant to an authorisation in the
Council’s Scheme of Delegation: GEN1 – To enter into
any contract for works and the supply of goods and services.

Following the completion of a compliant process to urgently award a
contract and satisfying the requirements of regulation 14(2) of The
Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations
2023:

DECISION

Direct Award the contract to deliver the Telecare Monitoring Centre
to Redditch Borough Council (trading as NEW Lifeline).

The proposed contract shall be delivered for a period of 12
months.
