Purpose
Having consulted with the Cabinet Member for
Children’s Safeguarding and Early Years
DECISION
To exercise a 4-month extension option (expiring December 2024)
under the council’s contract with Dingley’s Promise for
the provision of registered early years SEN centre services. The
extension will provide the council with additional time to complete
its procurement process in respect of the commissioning of two EY
SEN centres that was approved by Cabinet on 12th June
2024.
