Purpose

Following a competitive process in respect of
a contract to supply Minor Adaptations service and Servicing and
Repair of Community Equipment and having consulted with Cllr
Allaway-Martin, Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care Commissioning
in accordance with the Cabinet decision dated 22 November
2023:

DECISION

To award a contract for the supply of Minor Adaptations service and
Servicing and Repair of Community Equipment to:

Lot 1: Community equipment servicing, maintenance, and repair
services

medequip assistive technology ltd

Lot 2: Installation, maintenance, and removal & collection of
Ceiling Track Hoists

TVM Cheltenham Ltd.

Lot 3: Installation, support, maintenance, removal, and collection
services in respect of modular ramping equipment.

WE Care & Repair

Lot 4: General minor works: comprising installation and removal
services in respect of minor aids and adaptations, together with
minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry works.
24-7 Locks Ltd

The proposed contract shall continue for an initial period of 3
years and include an option to extend its term for two further
periods of 2 years on its third and fifth anniversary.
