any contract for works and the supply of goods and services.

Decision

Following the completion
of a compliant process to urgently award a contract and satisfying
the requirements of regulation 14(2) of The Health Care Services
(Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 and having consulted
with the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care

DECISION 
 
to award a contract
for the supply of the occupational waiting list clearance project
to The Occupational Therapist Practice
(TOTP).  
The proposed contract
shall continue for a period of up to months. to 9
months.
