Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care Delivery dated 5th February 2024: The Purchase of GIS Vehicles

Following the conclusion of a selection process under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework Agreement for the Purchase of Standard and Specialist Vehicles (RM6244) in respect of a contract to deliver 10 new 3.5t Electric Vans, and having consulted with the Director of Operations for Adult Social Care Delivery, and the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care Delivery in accordance with the Cabinet decision dated 5th February 2024:



DECISION



To award a call-off contract for phase 1 for the supply of;



10 3.5t Electric e-transit Vans and additional fitments, as set out in the Resource Implications section below.



to the preferred supplier, namely Ford Motor Company Limited.

Decision
