Pursuant to an
Authorisation from the Council’s Scheme of Delegation: GEN1 -
To enter into any contract for works and the supply of goods and
services.

The decision
To: 1. Extend the term of the council’s existing four-year
Pseudo Multi-Provider Framework Agreement for the provision of
Community and Accommodation Based Support by a period of 12 months
to:

a. Allow the call-off of urgent of 16+ Accommodation Based Support
services (which are the subject of a separate decision paper);
and

b. Allow sufficient time to recommission a replacement Framework
Agreement to meet changing demand for services.

2. Re-open the Framework to prospective new providers who meet the
relevant selection criteria.
