Council’s Scheme of Delegation: (GEN1 - To enter into any
contract for works and the supply of goods and services.

Following the conclusion of a search and assessment process Under
lot 2 of the Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement
RM1557.13 (G-Cloud 13) to identify the preferred tenderer that best
meets the council’s budget and specification requirements in
respect of a Call-Off Contract for the procurement of a licence for
the use of the Community Fire Risk Management Information System
(“CFRMIS”) upgraded cloud hosted solution to be used by
Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue services to record, manage and
display risk information data in supporting community safety
objectives

DECISION

To award such Call-Off Contract to the preferred tenderer, namely
Civica. The proposed Call-Off Contract shall continue for an
initial period of 3 years and include an option to extend its term
for a further period of not more than 12 months
