Purpose

Having consulted with the Cabinet Member for
Adult Social Care
Commissioning:
DECISION
To award without further competition a call-off contract for
the
supply of the provision of a prepaid card account management
solution under Lot 1 of the North East Purchasing
Organisation
(NEPO) 505 - Payment Cards Services Framework Agreement to
Prepaid Financial Solutions Limited (PFSL) in accordance with
the
direct award criteria thereunder. The proposed call-off
contract
shall continue for an initial period of 4 years and include an
option
to extend its term for a further period of not more than 2
years.
