Pursuant to an Authorisation from: Cllr Kathy Williams, Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care Delivery – ICM (19/05/2022): Ukrainian Refugee Support

To record and confirm retrospectively a decision that was taken by the Director of Public Health to exercise a one-year extension option commencing 1st May 2023 under the council’s contract with Gloucestershire Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers (GARAS) for the supply of services as described in the original agreement.



Such extension shall apply only to the provision of support services for Ukrainian refugees under the said contract that were added to the services already provided thereunder by means of a contract modification on 1st May 2022 as a consequence of the Ukraine refugee crisis.
