Member for Fire, Community Safety and Libraries dated 1st February
2024): The Purchase of Various GFRS Light Fleet Vehicles

Decision

Following
the conclusion of a
selection process,under
a Crown
Commercial Services (CCS) Framework Agreement for the Purchase of Standard and
Specialist Vehicles (RM6244),?in respect of two
contracts for the supply of 7 new vehicles
for officers, and
having consulted with the Chief Fire Officer and the Cabinet Member for
Fire, Community Safety and Libraries
in accordance with the Cabinet decision
dated 1stFebruary
2024: 
 
DECISION 
 
To award contract(s) for the supply of: 
 
a.    
3 Plugin hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs)and additional fitments; and  
 
b.    
4 Electric
vehicles (EVs) and additional fitments 
 
to the preferred
supplier, namely Kia Motors UK Ltd.
