Purpose

Pursuant to an Authorisation from Cabinet
(22/11/2023): Civil Parking, Social Care and Commercial Council
Debt Enforcement Services Contract

Following the conclusion of a mini-competition process under The
Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) Enforcement Agent Services
Framework contract (953) for the supply of Civil Parking, Social
Care and Commercial Council Debt Enforcement Services, and having
consulted with the Cabinet Member for Highways and Flooding in
accordance with a Cabinet Decision taken on 22nd November
2023:

DECISION

To award such call-off contract to the preferred tenderer, namely
Marston Holdings Ltd. The contract shall continue for a period of 4
years with no extension options.
